On October 5, Keep L.A. Moving will bring together some of the leading voices from around the country on transportation, economics, and safety to discuss the future of America’s streets. Keep L.A. Moving 2019 Will Address the impacts of road diets and bike lanes on traffic, business, and emergency response, as well as how street design fits into urban planning. Presenters include experts from The Cato Institute, Reason Foundation, the American Dream Coalition, the University of Southern California, the National Motorists Association, and others.
